Recently, the first intelligent unmanned fast quantitative loading station of the train in Mongolia, the fast quantitative loading system is was officially put into use at the Tavan Tolgoi Coal Mine Logistics Center.

At the commissioning site, the produced coal is loaded into the train carriage through the buffer bin and weighing bin of the loading station, and then through the loading chute. At the same time, dry fog dust reduction is turned on. The whole process takes less than 60 seconds to complete the coal loading work of a carriage. Government leaders, industry experts, entrepreneurs and other guests on the scene visited the entire demonstration process and gave high praise to the functional quality and assembly process of the entire loading system.

The first intelligent unmanned train rapid quantitative loading system project in Mongolia was officially signed in January 2022. After 7 months of design, production and manufacturing, the equipment was delivered in September 2022, and the installation was completed in March 2024 and entered the commissioning and trial operation stage. This project is the first intelligent loading project implemented by China Coal Science and Technology overseas. Through multi-dimensional perception technology of loading information based on multi-sensor information fusion, adaptive continuous loading control technology, intelligent adjustment technology of loading parameters based on machine learning, vehicle scheduling technology, remote monitoring and operation and maintenance technology, multi-scenario intelligent unmanned efficient quantitative loading equipment, etc., a highly stable, reliable and highly compatible intelligent control system has been established, realizing the intelligent control process of the entire series of process flows from high-precision fixed weight weighing and batching to unloading into the carriage, greatly improving the loading efficiency and accuracy. The project has also become a new benchmark project for Mongolia's modern coal transportation industry.

The Tavan Tolgoi Coal Mine Logistics Center in Mongolia can continuously load up to 20 million tons of coal every year, promoting efficient export and environmentally friendly transportation of the two railway lines "Tavan Tolgoi-Gashunsuhaitu Port" and "Tavan Tolgoi-Zunbayan". The project of the Tavan Tolgoi Coal Mine Logistics Center consists of multiple parts, including crushers, belt conveyors, feeders and intelligent railway rapid quantitative loading systems. The completion of the Tavan Tolgoi Coal Mine Logistics Center is a major progress in Mongolia's coal transportation industry and is of great significance to promoting the development of Mongolia's coal industry.
