DIRO signed the contract of dry coal separation plant with CGTEE power plant in candiota, brazil.Candiota ii phase C power plant project in Brazil,its EPC project of dry coal preparation plant with a contract value of more than US $ 11428500, which is the largest coal preparation project being built in China-Brazil coal preparation projects with capacity 3000000t/a. After completion,sulphur content and ash content of raw coal can be sharply reduced,greatly improve abrasion of boiler, and reduce the emission of dust.Bring considerable economic benefits to the power plant while striving to protect the local ecological environment.

Problems of coal quality & generator sets of CGTEE power plant
The candiota ii phase C power plant project is located in Candeotta, Nandahe Prefecture, Brazil. This project is 350000 kilowatt generator set , and officially generated electricity in 2010. During the operation of the power plant, there have always been the problems:
1.high stone content of raw coal 2. high sulfur content of raw coal 3.lower calorific value than the quality of the designed coal 4.which leads to serious wear of the generator set and seriously affects on the safe and stable operation of the generator set.
Technology Exchange & Industrial Test
In order to solve the problems of poorquality of Coal Combustion in power plants, DIRO conducted technical exchanges with the owner of CGTEE in 2014 and carried out repeated technical argumentation, finally technology of Dry coal separation is proposed to improve quality of raw coal. Moreover,in May 2017,coordinating with the owners of Brazilian CGTEE power plant, Brazilian CRM coal mine, Citic Construction, Shandong Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Electric Power Design Institute, Harbin Boiler Factory , DIRO carried out the industrial test(picture 2) of dry coal separation for raw coal supplied to CGTEE power plant in Shenyang, Liaoning Province,China. Under the witness of every parties, the industrial test has achieved satisfactory separating results (picture 1).
