1989, FGX-1 dry coal separator is initially developed,this technology has been indentified by the former Ministry of Coal Industry and was awarded the second prize on scientific and technological progress.It deal with raw coal ranged from 80~0mm with min 92% separating efficiency. FGX achieved a number of patented technologies, the overall performance reached the international leading level,it helped our customers save water cost,transportation & processing cost. Processing capacity of 10~300t / h, to meet the different needs of small & large coal enterprises.
Working Principle
The FGX technology provides an innovative and cost-effective dry coal processing process that integrates the separation principles of an autogenous medium separator + conventional air table concentrator. Three product streams including clean coal, middlings and reject are produced through this process. Two dust collection mechanisms are employed, making the technology environmentally friendly.

1992,FX-12 advanced dry coal preparation system has been developed,on basis of CTT-12 dry air table technology introduced from Russia,which is better adaptive and has been widely used in big coal mines for coal deshaling & coal updating with higher efficiency.the working principle is air table+vibrating + autogenous medium separating,which enable separating efficiency is upto 95%, Ep. is controlled within 0.1-0.16,capacity of single unit is increased to 500-600tph. This offers better separating solutions for our customers.
