Project Overview
This coal is 1 / 3 coking coal with 40% gangue. The raw coal needs to be transported to the heavy medium separation plant, 10 kilometers away from coal site for water preparation, if do not remove the gangue & stones from raw coal, 1) the transportation cost is relatively high. Moreover, that gangue participating in coal washing preparation 2) will cause serious wear on the pipeline of heavy medium separation plant, meanwhile,and the 3) washing efficiency is not high.
Flowchart & Configuration
To solve above 3 problems before heavy medium preparation, we design a 180tph dry coal preparation plant in the coal pit,aiming to removes 90% of the raw coal gangue, reducing the ineffective transportation of gangue, reducing the raw coal transportation cost to heavy medium preparation(HMP) plant; after dry coal deshaling, the cleaned coal ash is reduced to 27% from 40%. The deshaled product coal(clean coal) are engaged in heavy medium separation,which improves the washing efficiency of HMP.
ROM, 80mm screen, 80+ gangue is discard as tailing stream; 80-13mm lump coal is fed to Fx-12 dry coal processing system for coal beneficiations;13-0mm fine coal is offered to SID/F-6 for further dry coal separations.The deshaled product streams from 2 sets of dry coal preparation systems are supplied to heavy medium separation for further coal preparations;the tailing streams processed by dry coal separation plus 80+ gangue is discarded back to coal pit for backfill.
